An individual backed into my car and two months later I'm still trying to get the claim resolved. The adjustor rarely answered the phone and was combative about paying for a rental despite his party admitting to being at fault.
The check did not cover the repairs and now me and the shop are waiting for a supplemental check.
Very unpleasant. Extremely poor customer service, especially when compared to State Farm or Allstate.
