I had an accident on 9/23 and it was a saturday and the office is closed i tried to call my agent and he just said sorry amd i never heard back from him after many attempts amd same way with the adjuster and he claims he sent me emails when in fact he didnt and this is still going on he wont contact me and his manager also lied and said that he had been emailing me which is a lie. I dont understand why this is happening so disappointed in both of them that i want to switch agents.

Anyways this is still open because they failed to tell me things i needed to know to get this resolved. 859 552 5599.
