I have carried Shelter insurance for many, many years. My agent is Bill Freeman in Forest, MS.
I have had home insurance, auto and life insurance policies. I needed to change bank accounts and they failed to get that done for 3, Yes 3 months, leading to overdraft charges( I NEVER have had such!!!) costing me $187.00. Then due to moving (and my house was up for sell and I have a contract to close on 2-28-18), they cancelled my house insurance. Lovely!!
My agents office was supposed to get me a quote, but 2 weeks later, I still have nothing. Then they still failed to change life policy draft and have now incuured $36.00 overdraft and a $30.00 collection fee. So I'm OUT over $200.00 due to their errors!!!!!!
And I have left messages for Bill to call and he has not even bothered to return my phone call. Needless to say, after being with Shelter for many years, I now have a bad taste in my mouth where they are concerned.
